We believe that our body can "Heal with every meal!"

 

ALL of our products are natural "medicine" and were designed to reset and restore the body, removing it from "Fight or Flight" response into the "Rest and Recovery". This will give your body its best possible chance to heal itself.

 

We never use any harmful seed oils in our line of cooking products. All of our products are created with anti-inflammatory ingredients such as Bromelain and Quercetin in conjunction with Ginger and Curcumin that help to heal the gut and restore the microbiome. We have many exciting products coming out using "All Thing's Healthy!" ingredients. We have Garlic infused cooking oils (also used as an anti-caking ingredient in our Righteous Rubs, adding an additional depth of flavor to our spices while keeping them anti-inflammation friendly) We also have delicious vinegar blends! (with herbal infusions coming soon!) We offer our very popular McCoy's Hot Sauces! Some new favorites to watch for are our Spicy Apple Pork Rub, Lemon Pepper Dill as well as our Sweet, Sexy, Hot Teriyaki sauce! Our favorite for years!

THE BACK STORY:

Our line of products were created out of crisis!...Mine.

In 2008 I found myself about to begin what would be an 18 plus year journey. I had somehow gotten an infection in my intestines that was not detected for 3 years. Once found It had already done incredible damage. I was deeply inflamed throughout my entire gut and digestive tract. The doctors had no answers other than more medication. I was not willing to go down that road, as before this, I was completely healthy, and I knew that there was something that I must be missing or didn't know. And though I was in a lot of pain, I refused to go back on pain medication, in my mind, "If I can feel it, I can heal it!" 

 

I took my health into my own hands and began doing mass research on my symptoms any others' experiences, anything that would help lead me in the right direction for answers. I soon realized I had to rethink everything I thought I knew about my body and what I was putting in it. And I was not a fast foodie. I wasn't a vegan or a Junk foodie.

 

During that course of time, I learned how to completely remove every contaminating thing from my life, including certain foods, plastics, everything that I thought was good were filled with things I was finding out were not good for me yet were in EVERYTHING and needed to be removed! That extended into having to learn how grow my own food in incredibly small spaces. Then I began to deal with all of the "hidden in plain sight" ingredients that I was in the products i was buying from the store and found myself going back to the basics and replacing everything that I was putting IN my body and ON my body. And this was the first step in creating one of my first products, which is the Full Armour Anti-inflammatory Vitamin formula.

I targeted four areas I considered to be important for reducing the inflammation in my gut, healing the intestinal tract and stomach lining, restoring the microbiome and giving my body the ability to absorb nutrients again. with then added adaptogens or immune boosting and acclimating to the incredible stress of not knowing if you're even on the right track.  Within a very short amount of time, I noticed significant changes in how my stomach and my gut was reacting. I was truly beginning to heal my gut.  

 

I surprisingly found myself on this beautiful journey of a learning about what other foods and herbs can heal our bodies and help prevent inflammation and disease. It has not an easy journey, but it has been an incredibly fulfilling one. For the next ten years, I would begin replacing every single every single product I was putting on my body or in my body. from soaps, shampoos, deodorants to food and everything that I cooked in, everything that I seasoned it with. I was finally healing!

 

And in some funny way I feel was just getting started.

 

So several years ago I'm at a crossroads. I was starting to feel a little bit better; Though I knew I was nowhere near the end of my journey; I began to really consider how I can start to create income. I began to build our "All Thing's Healthy!" Supersite where we offer all of our products. Never thinking that it would turn into something as beautiful as it has. I have since received my Certification in Naturopathy and Herbal Healing. I offer one on one healing programs where you get a personalized healing plan to bring you back to health.

 

 I'm excited for the future! We are looking forward to opening our first healing room then into healing centers. I have become very passionate about healing, and I know that this is going to grow into something incredible.

 

And! We are about to move into a bit of a larger place, which will give us the opportunity to grow into the next step or phase of this incredible journey, which is Perpetual Harvest! Perpetual Harvest we teach you all i have learned about how to grow your own garden in very small places, how to cook and keep it, and how to perpetually harvest it. Meaning you can eat on a head of lettuce for months. It will perpetually grow.

 

I have a YouTube video about my 99-cent store lettuce project on YouTube under Iconic Health Solutions where I took several heads of lettuce, one had roots on it, the others did not, and was able to not only grow roots on those various varieties of lettuce, but was able to eat each of them for three months until I decided the project was over and it probably could have kept going. All of the products that we sell are created by me through this incredible journey! Me, my family and many of you have come to love these products! I have been using these products well over 10 years many of them have evolved into something that I could have never imagined. And we have many more exciting products to come!
